丁玉强,第四军医大学医学博士和日本京都大学医学论文博士,美国北卡罗来纳大学及圣路易华盛顿大学博士后。2004年任中国科学院神经科学所研究员和课题组长,2009年任同济大学特聘教授、解剖与神经生物学系主任和大学动物中心主任。2020年加盟复旦大学,任实验动物科学部主任和脑科学研究院兼职PI。上海市浦江人才计划和优秀学科带头人、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。获教育部全国百篇优秀博士论文,入选国家新世纪“百千万人才工程” 和上海市科技“领军人物”称号。获军队科技进步二等奖2项和国家科技进步一等奖1项。入选2014-2020年爱思维尔出版集团发布的中国神经科学高引用学者榜。曾任中国神经科学学会神经毒素分会主任委员,中国神经科学学会及上海市神经科学学会理事,是“Development, Growth and differentiation”、Scientific Report、Frontiers in Neuroanatomy、Journal of Chemical Neuroanatomy、Neuropeptides、Journal of Neuroscience Methods、解剖学报和中国组织化学与细胞化学杂志编委。项目研究得到国家自然科学基金重点项目、重大专项,科技部新药创制“重大科技专项”、干细胞专项、国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)的资助。

研究方向
实验室主要研究方向有两个部分,神经系统发育的细胞分子机制和神经精神疾病的致病机理。在神经发育研究领域,我们以大脑皮层和海马等为研究靶区,主要关注神经干细胞和祖细胞的增殖分化、神经元的细胞命运决定、细胞迁移、树突发育、轴突生长、突触形成和成熟的细胞与分子生物学机制。也关注外界因素,如神经活动和生后早期感觉传入对这些发育关键过程的影响。此外,单胺类神经元发育的转录调控也是实验室一个长期研究方向,主要关注转录因子对它们发育中的作用。在神经精神疾病机理研究领域,我们主要关注单胺类神经元发育异常与精神疾病的关系(抑郁和恐惧记忆)以及精神分裂症易感基因的作用机制。
